Description:

Every time I start the app it resets my Garmin and goes through a power cycle then ends up at the watch face. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app with no success in getting app to work.

I just tried running the app again. It went through the power cycle reset again, however this time it also zeroed out my steps / distance for the day. On a second try the app worked and started normally. A third try to start the app went through the power cycle again. A fourth attempt to start the app was successful... ???

Thank you for the update. It is not possible, due to the Device protection, for my App to restart or reset the watch. I will contact Garmin for advice.

Hi, could you please connect your Fenix to a computer, and send me the ERR_LOG.TXT in the root folder and the CIQ_LOG.TXT in the Garmin/Apps/Logs folder? Thanks

Hi, I've now released an updated version against the new Garmin Connect 2.4.5 version, which should try and address the issues. Can you please let me know how you get on?

App seems to be working properly since update to 2.4.5. Will update to 3.0 tonight and will advise is issue remains.
