Every time I start the app it resets my Garmin and goes through a power cycle then ends up at the watch face. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app with no success in getting app to work. |

11 April 2018 20:48 Jjesse.w.watkins | I just tried running the app again. It went through the power cycle reset again, however this time it also zeroed out my steps / distance for the day. On a second try the app worked and started normally. A third try to start the app went through the power cycle again. A fourth attempt to start the app was successful... ??? |
11 April 2018 21:24 AAdmin | Thank you for the update. It is not possible, due to the Device protection, for my App to restart or reset the watch. I will contact Garmin for advice. |
